About
I started in operations in 2010 and have worked ever since in environments where accountability is scrutinised: the Home Office, the FCO and FCDO, NHS England and regulated private-sector programmes with Hippo Digital.
I combine business analysis with hands-on build experience, so requirements reflect how AI systems behave in practice. I previously held DV clearance for ten years and SC for two, hold the BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis and am a Certified ScrumMaster. In 2018 I won the Technology Innovation in Business Award for a life-saving digital service.
